FOR COMMUNION
In the Sacrament of the Lord's Supper, we receive the true Body and Blood of Jesus in, with and under the consecrated elements of bread and wine for the forgiveness of sins. Jesus said: This is My Body…this is My Blood…for the forgiveness of sins. Believing these words and trusting in His promise, please consider these words of Jesus in your self-examination before communing. We ask that any who are not yet instructed, are in doubt, or who hold a confession different from the congregations of Lutheran Church Missouri Synod, to refrain from receiving the Sacrament at this time. Each person may come forward for a blessing with hands folded as an indication to the pastor that they wish to receive a blessing. If you have any questions regarding the reception of Holy Communion, please speak to our pastor before the service. Gluten-free wafers and/or grape juice are available. Please signify by lifting your pointer finger when elements are presented.
ORDER OF WORSHIP
Psalm 25:1-10
1To you, O Lord, I lift up my soul. 2O my God, in you I trust; let me not be put to shame; let not my enemies exult over me. 3Indeed, none who wait for you shall be put to shame; they shall be ashamed who are wantonly treacherous. 4Make me to know your ways, O Lord; teach me your paths. 5Lead me in your truth and teach me, for you are the God of my salvation; for you I wait all the day long. 6Remember your mercy, O Lord, and your steadfast love, for they have been from of old. 7Remember not the sins of my youth or my transgressions; according to your steadfast love remember me, for the sake of your goodness, O Lord! 8Good and upright is the Lord; therefore he instructs sinners in the way. 9He leads the humble in what is right, and teaches the humble his way. 10All the paths of the Lord are steadfast love and faithfulness, for those who keep his covenant and his testimonies.

P: If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.

P: As we continue our worship today, we thank you Lord for Your patience. We thank You for Your Grace and Mercy in sending Your Son that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life. Grant us Your Spirit, gracious Father, that we may give heed to the testament of Your Son in true faith, taking to heart the words of which Christ gives to us, His body and His blood for our forgiveness.

Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name, Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
