This website exists to provide information about the worship, ministry, mission, and activities of Alive in Christ Church Lutheran, a congregation of The Lutheran Church–Missouri Synod incorporated under the laws of the State of Arizona. Content is offered for informational, educational, and ministry purposes.
This congregation maintains the historic Lutheran practice of individual confession and absolution, including the seal of the confessional, as taught in the Book of Concord (Augsburg Confession Article XXV; Apology of the Augsburg Confession; Small Catechism). Confidential pastoral care, including the full seal of the confessional, is extended only to those who have placed themselves under the spiritual care of Alive in Christ Church Lutheran through baptism, confirmation, profession of faith, or transfer, in accordance with Article IV of the congregation’s constitution and Part 1 of the bylaws.
Communications received through the website contact form, 3CX live chat, phone system, or any other online channel are treated as general inquiries and are not protected by the seal of the confessional unless and until a pastoral relationship is formally established. The pastor may, at his discretion, claim any such communication for pastoral care, at which point the seal applies immediately and retroactively.
This congregation does not provide medical, legal, or licensed professional counseling services. Website content, including embedded videos and livestreams, is offered for general informational and devotional purposes only.
All original content on this website, including but not limited to sermons, articles, original videos, livestreams, text, graphics, and other materials, are the property of Alive in Christ Church Lutheran and is protected by United States copyright law. This congregation holds such materials in trust for the proclamation of the Gospel, in keeping with its mission under Article II of the constitution and the confessional standard of Article III.
